About the role
- Accurately enter client information into IRESS/XPlan and company templates.
- Complete financial modelling as directed using IRESS/XPlan.
- Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA), Records of Advice (ROA), and related documents following compliance guidelines.
- Review and check documentation for completeness, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Liaise with internal teams to clarify missing data or inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all client records.
- Generate, name, and store digital files in accordance with company policy.
- Support reporting, audit preparation, and document organisation.
Requirements
- 2+ years in administrative, paraplanning, or compliance support roles, preferably within financial services.
- Familiarity with IRESS/XPlan or similar financial modelling tools (Intermediate level).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in financial services.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Professional, diligent, and consistent, with a strong sense of responsibility for data accuracy.
