About the role

- Report on programme status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Ensure successful Workday deployments while aligning business objectives.
- Navigate complex organisational landscapes while ensuring governance and quality.
- Manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
- Provide executive reporting and steerco updates.
- Support change management and business adoption.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ programme/project management experience, including Workday implementations.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Workday delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex, global programmes.
- Strong capability in risk, issue, and governance management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Must be fluent in English.
