About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage calls, emails, and general communications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Efficiently handle critical tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, lease renewals, compliance documents, and detailed email management.
- Contribute to client marketing efforts, including social media management.
- Diligently follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stay updated on company guidelines, and provide necessary data, updates, and reports to the leadership team.
- Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all professional interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Dedicated, Quiet Home Office (Conducive to professional calls).
- Must be willing to work the Graveyard Shift.
- Minimum 10 Mbps internet connection with a backup plan, plus reliable electricity with a power backup.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe).
- Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or an equivalent processor.
- RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher.
