About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Bridge the gap between ABMC stakeholders and technical development teams by driving requirements analysis, backlog development, and functional design for enterprise business applications.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and backlog grooming sessions with designated ABMC business owners and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain the comprehensive Application Inventory, documenting source/target systems, data flows, and owners for OAI-PMH and RESTful API integrations.
  • Draft detailed requirements summaries, functional designs, test plans, and release notes for all application changes.
  • Ensure requirement traceability from approved backlog items through to the final technical release.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track defect remediation.
  • Update application documentation and training materials, ensuring strict adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience conducting requirements analysis and maintaining product backlogs for Microsoft 365 and business application environments.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into clear, actionable functional and technical documentation.
  • Experience performing technical business analysis in a federal or similarly regulated environment.
