About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, or similar power dialers
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within healthcare organizations
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach where appropriate
  • Manage follow-ups through structured outreach sequences
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets
  • Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales development or cold-calling experience
  • Experience selling into the U.S. market
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
  • Strong objection-handling and communication skills
  • Experience using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, or similar outbound sales platforms
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
