About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, or similar power dialers
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within healthcare organizations
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
- Research prospects and personalize outreach where appropriate
- Manage follow-ups through structured outreach sequences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales development or cold-calling experience
- Experience selling into the U.S. market
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills
- Experience using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, or similar outbound sales platforms
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
