Support Engineer

• Provide Tier 2–3 remote support to customers and Field Services teams through calls, tickets, and internal communication platforms.
• Troubleshoot fixed wireless PTP/PTMP equipment and link issues.
• Support routing and switching environments using Cisco and MikroTik equipment.
• Perform proactive and reactive network monitoring and maintenance.
• Execute configuration-level changes while following established approval processes.
• Utilize ticketing systems, hardware configuration interfaces, and controller software to manage customer and network needs.
• Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, engineering updates, and network designs clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, high-quality resolution of customer issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for escalations and after-hours emergencies.
