About the role
- Design engaging materials including flyers, brochures, posters, referral packets, and digital ads
- Create social media graphics, multi-slide posts, reels, and short-form videos
- Edit and produce video content (Adobe Premiere Pro strongly preferred)
- Support website updates and content refreshes using WordPress
- Prepare design drafts and mockups for team review and feedback
- Maintain an organized digital asset library for all brands
- Collaborate with the Director of Creative & Marketing to align visuals with campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of design and content creation experience in a professional setting
- Online portfolio or digital showcase of your work required
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (strongly preferred)
- WordPress (content updates, media management, and formatting)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content best practices
- Strong design eye for clean, professional, and engaging visuals
- Ability to work across multiple brand styles and tones
- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
