About the role

  • Operate as strategic advisor and trusted sparring partner for clients, from problem framing to delivering measurable impact
  • Guide teams and stakeholders through complex digital challenges and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps
  • Create clarity, prioritize outcomes, and ensure initiatives are value-generating
  • Build resilient, long-term advisory relationships at C‑level and across functions
  • Provide end-to-end consulting across the digital customer journey, from opportunity mapping to prioritization and go/no-go decisions
  • Develop growth and account strategies, craft business cases, and orchestrate next steps
  • Drive thought leadership by bringing market and product insights into executive conversations and aligning stakeholders around outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong client orientation and 3–5+ years in client service management, account management, or consulting (in-house or agency-side)
  • A completed university degree (engineering, economics, or similar) or equivalent qualification
  • Strategic working style with genuine passion for digital topics (products, CX, data, cloud-native, marketing)
  • Curiosity for people; ability to connect easily, listen actively, and distill what truly matters
  • Proficient English and excellent German skills (written and spoken)
