About the role

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the construction industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management (commercial or residential).
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a strong understanding of the construction industry
  • Experience engaging with clients, owners, or executives in a consultative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, processes, and pain points.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
