About the role
- Analyze large volumes of hospital claim data for payment accuracy
- Extract, clean, and validate data from clients
- Develop, troubleshoot, and configure tools for analysis
- Provide optimization and maintenance of internal applications
- Look for solutions and enhancements to technical processes
- Communicate issues and present solutions effectively
- Validate, analyze, and provide reporting for generated data
Requirements
- BA degree or work experience equivalent
- Experience working in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with a programming language (MySQL/Python preferred)
- Experience with Alteryx or similar tools
- Aptitude for researching and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to translate technical requirements for a non-technical audience
