About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating complex customer environments.
- Experience presenting outcomes, ROI, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences.
- Demonstrates a proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.
