About the role

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end design process from research to execution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Design
  • Portfolio demonstrating clear problem-solving, structured thinking, and high-quality execution.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactively leading projects
  • Experience building care management systems, EHRs, clinical workflow engines
  • Deep expertise in UX/UI design, with strong process and service design thinking
  • Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of research methodologies
  • Collaboration skills with engineers
  • Experience in healthcare delivery contexts
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
