About the role

  • Manage and execute digital, email, and ABM strategies across platforms; optimize for engagement, conversion, and lead generation.
  • Own the day-to-day management of email workflows, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability monitoring, and ongoing A/B testing.
  • Build and maintain targeted audience lists for digital, outbound, and ABM campaigns, partnering with Commercial Ops to ensure data accuracy and proper tracking.
  • Build and refine nurture journeys across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages—in close partnership with demand gen team members.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, create insights dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the commercial optimization team to ensure accurate attribution, lead tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in execution-focused demand generation or performance marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with major martech platforms (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, email automation platforms, analytics tools)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills—you’re comfortable pulling data, building dashboards, and diagnosing funnel performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and launch campaigns quickly while maintaining quality and strategic intent.
  • Experience developing nurture programs, managing digital channels, and executing ABM tactics.
  • Ability to balance scrappiness with operational rigor; you know when to iterate fast and when to slow down and design for scale.
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts preferred
