About the role
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities within the labor and trust segment—from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the labor and trust vertical, including engagement with national, regional, and local unions.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders including union trustees, fund administrators, and consultants.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and legal teams to ensure tailored proposals that meet compliance and member needs.
- Represent the company at union conferences, trustee summits, and industry forums to build brand awareness and pipeline.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, ideally selling to or through labor unions, Taft-Hartley trusts, or multiemployer health funds.
- Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals ($1M+ ARR typical deal size).
- Deep familiarity with union benefit structures, including health and welfare funds and their governance processes.
- Strong relationships within the labor and trust ecosystem — particularly with benefits consultants, fund administrators, and national labor organizations.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level and trustee stakeholders.
- Understanding of healthcare economics, cost containment, and outcomes-based value propositions.
- Experience working in or with companies in digital health, chronic disease management, population health, or health plans.
- Ability to travel nationally (30–50%) to meet customers and attend conferences.
