About the role
- Design intuitive, user-focused experiences across web, app and internal tools
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to define and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, thoughtful design outcomes
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design intent
- Participate in design critiques, sharing and receiving feedback constructively
- Support ongoing usability improvements through testing and iteration
- Balance speed and quality to deliver effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Advocate for design thinking and user-centred principles within the team
- Continuously seek opportunities to grow your skills and shape our design culture
Requirements
- Recent experience in product, UX/UI design within a tech or digital product team
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and polished UI design across responsive platforms (please share this with us)
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and agile delivery practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Eagerness to develop deeper skills in user research, insight generation, and testing
- A proactive attitude, open mindset, and love for solving complex problems simply
