Business Development Rep

• Lead or support the Chief Business Officer in negotiating and executing strategic partnering transactions involving oncology therapeutics, technology platforms, and related intellectual property
• Serve as a principal negotiator for term sheets, letters of intent, option agreements, collaboration agreements, license agreements, co-development agreements, and other strategic transactions
• Develop transaction structures and economic frameworks to maximize asset value and align with corporate objectives
• Identify business, legal, regulatory, intellectual property, financial, and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive transactions from initial engagement through signing and closing, coordinating internal stakeholders
• Advise senior management on global and regional licensing, co-development, co-commercialization, platform licensing, research collaborations, option-to-license structures, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Develop and negotiate upfront payments, milestones, royalties, profit-sharing, cost-sharing, and equity investment terms
• Lead negotiations with counterpart business development teams, senior executives, and external counsel
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on definitive agreements
• Maintain transaction precedents, templates, and negotiation playbooks
• Evaluate partnering opportunities for oncology programs and technology platforms
• Contribute to business cases and valuation analyses
• Provide transactional expertise during partner outreach, management presentations, and negotiations
