About the role

  • Combining text, voiceover, video, and graphics into eLearning courses
  • Setup interactivities and course structure using proprietary courseware engine
  • Collaborating with Design Team on visual standards and strategy
  • Applying templatized code in HTML5 and XML based courses
  • Assisting the QA team and engaging in QA testing as needed

Requirements

  • Outstanding portfolio of course development work
  • Strong conceptual and design skills
  • Experience with 2D graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Competent with Google Workspace
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant roles (Content Developer, Course Developer, etc.)
  • College degree preferred in a related field
  • Strong proactive communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed and organized
  • Familiarity with HTML5, XML, and CSS
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Storyline, etc.)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive design, WCAG 2.0, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, JIRA, Slack, Zoom, svg edition, lottie files
