About the role

  • Responsible for taking AI/ML models to MVP status
  • Hands-on role involving research, development, deployment, and collaboration
  • Work closely with R&D team to tackle real-world challenges and deliver value in a resource-conscious environment
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models from prototype to production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and deliver value quickly
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines, APIs, and user-facing components
  • Implement best practices in DevOps and containerized deployments
  • Stay updated on latest trends in AI/ML and contribute to innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving team
  • Understands priorities and proposes smart, value-driven solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering working AI/ML solutions in large projects
  • Confident in presenting and communicating results to stakeholders
  • Strong programming skills: Python (including packaging); Rust and JavaScript/front-end solutions a plus
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization, REST API
  • Workflow & orchestration: MLFlow, Airflow, Windmill
  • Data & ML platforms: Hopsworks, Palantir Foundry
  • ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, scikit-learn
  • Experience with ML architectures: GMM, HMM, LSTM, Transformers, CNN, RNN
  • Experience working in DevOps environments
