- Designing, building and scaling GenAI applications such as chatbots, assistants
- Leveraging RAG pipelines and integrating them with enterprise data
- Collaborating with product owners, data engineers, and domain experts
- Deploying and monitoring models in production environments to ensure reliability and scalability

Requirements
- Few years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning engineering
- Foundation in applied statistics and analytics
- Working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
- Comfortable designing experiments, validating results, and deploying models in cloud environments
- Academic background in computer science, statistics, or a related field
- Experience with enterprise data from sales, finance, R&D, or manufacturing
- Proactive and curious in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player valuing continuous learning and knowledge sharing
