About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate employee records across our People systems
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, documentation, tooling, and introductions
- Support payroll preparation by managing employee data changes
- Act as a first point of contact for employees with People Ops–related questions
- Support People projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Help ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying (HBO) Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and you genuinely enjoy supporting others
- Proactive, service-oriented, and well organised
- Comfortable communicating and working in English
- Basic knowledge of labour law and HR processes is a plus
- You hold a valid EU passport or valid working rights for the Netherlands, and are based in the Netherlands
- You can commit to a 6-month internship based in Amsterdam
