About the role

  • Architect and implement Vio.com's unified measurement framework for precise budget allocation and marketing optimisation
  • Design and implement a unified Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and incrementality framework including holdout experiments and geo-based tests
  • Implement Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) approaches to understand channel interactions
  • Run systematic experiments to calibrate attribution models and validate measurement accuracy
  • Build experimental frameworks that enable continuous testing and learning across marketing channels
  • Design frameworks to measure view-through conversions and assisted conversions across the customer journey
  • Develop infrastructure to ensure clean, reliable data feeds for attribution analysis
  • Develop actionable insights that directly inform budget allocation decisions across the marketing funnel

Requirements

  • 6+ years building attribution and measurement frameworks for fast-scaling consumer tech, travel, or e-commerce companies at significant scale
  • Expert-level proficiency in Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) methodologies and implementation
  • Deep experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Strong background in experimental design and executing lift experiments, holdout tests, and geo-based experiments
  • Experience building post-view attribution infrastructure and impression-based measurement systems
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution challenges, and measurement limitations
  • Experience leading measurement teams or training analysts on attribution methodologies
