About the role
- As an Operational Brand Manager, you’ll be a key figurehead for the Vinterior brand, ensuring consistency, creativity and commercial impact across press, partnerships, content, campaigns and customer-facing touchpoints.
- You’ll be working hands on, managing multiple projects and getting stuck into key details working closely with our Creative Lead, Content Manager, Growth Manager and PR team and have real ownership on how the brand shows up.
- Lead brand partnerships end to end, from ideation through to execution and reporting
- Manage shoot production for partnerships, paid social and brand campaigns, working closely with the Creative Lead
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally, including partners and our PR agency
- Craft strong press stories, angles, quotes and interviews, with a clear understanding of what sells into media
- Finalise key press targets and support the PR Agency in everything they require from press release copy, story angles etc
- Ensure the Vinterior brand is represented consistently and at a high standard across all activity
- Act as a confident brand copywriter across press, paid social, email (broadcast and automated), web and long-form editorial
- Oversee the brand voice across customer-facing touchpoints, supporting the wider team, including product marketing where needed
- Oversee the brand/content calendar, supporting the Content Manager with ideation and new content themes
- Create and oversee content for paid social in collaboration with Creative and Growth
- Develop campaign initiatives be it for sale or peak season including copy, visual direction and asset creation
- ‘Own’ the homepage with support from Creative, ensuring monthly refreshes of copy and imagery
- Lead and develop Vinterior’s Content Hub
- Draft, upload and publish editorial pieces utilising AI to help with workflow and content
- Commission and manage freelance journalists and contributors
- Ensure efficient workflows and consistent publishing cadence
- Work with the Growth Manager to report on content performance and optimise against targets
- Manage translations for different markets including a TOV glossary both through an automated system and liaising with native speakers
- Confidently manage and delegate within the team, acting as a senior brand lead within the business
- Manage the brand budget and report on spend
- Produce monthly brand and marketing reports
- Use spreadsheets and basic formulas to track and report on performance
- An interest in data and insight-led decision making is a bonus
- Establishing a clear workflow for the Content Hub, including cadence of publication with supporting CRM and social content
- Creating and delivering on a clear marketing and PR strategy for any new market launches
- Delivering/ finishing execution on x2 stand alone partnerships
- End to end execution of x1 multi-brand partnership for Second Hand September
- Ensuring all agreed content goes out as planned across all channels, including maintaining cadence of our YouTube series
Requirements
- - **At least 8 years’ experience** managing a PR agency or working within a PR agency (brand-side experience a strong plus)
- - Strong understanding of buyer behaviour and a desire to deepen expertise
- - Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- - Confident running shoots and managing creative production
- - Experience managing a brand budget
- - Comfortable creating and briefing content for paid social
- - A creative eye and strong attention to detail
- - A genuine love of interiors, vintage furniture and designers
- - London based but able to commit to travel for shoots and company off-sites
