About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule social media content using Sprout Social, based on the content calendar prepared by the Social Media Manager.
Maintain and update the Social Media Calendar within Sprout Social, ensuring content is published accurately and on time.
Help produce visual and written content, including social-first photography and videography using an iPhone, simple graphics and carousels using Canva, and short-form videos using CapCut.
Conduct research on social media channels to identify trends, campaign ideas and other opportunities to support ongoing strategy development.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with wider Marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and operational developments.
Stay informed of platform updates and social media best practices.
Assist with coordinating casting and stock for content shoots.
Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Social Media Manager as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in Dutch or German, and comfortable speaking and writing in English.
Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and speaking.
Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks or deadlines simultaneously.
Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and what makes engaging social-first content.
Creative, curious, and confident in pitching new ideas.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from the Social Media Manager.
Excited to grow and contribute to a fast-paced Brand & Communications team.
