About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking HR projects in areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee engagement
- Support HR operations, including data maintenance, process improvements, and HR technology implementation
- Schedule interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support recruiting efforts for internship roles
- Organize HR events (e.g., job fairs, company initiatives), manage logistics, and track attendance
- Assist with communication and tracking of benefits and engagement programs
- Provide administrative support for HR meetings, maintain records, ensure compliance, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Contribute to additional HR initiatives and projects supporting the internship program and Vinfen's mission
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 months of office administration experience
- Excellent administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues
- Ability to exercise judgment & discretion in dealing with individuals and confidential matters
- Ability to balance many competing priorities
- Demonstrated success in complex multi-tasking work environment
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field is required
- In some instances, experience may be substituted for academic training.
