About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking HR projects in areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee engagement
  • Support HR operations, including data maintenance, process improvements, and HR technology implementation
  • Schedule interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support recruiting efforts for internship roles
  • Organize HR events (e.g., job fairs, company initiatives), manage logistics, and track attendance
  • Assist with communication and tracking of benefits and engagement programs
  • Provide administrative support for HR meetings, maintain records, ensure compliance, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Contribute to additional HR initiatives and projects supporting the internship program and Vinfen's mission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 6 months of office administration experience
  • Excellent administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues
  • Ability to exercise judgment & discretion in dealing with individuals and confidential matters
  • Ability to balance many competing priorities
  • Demonstrated success in complex multi-tasking work environment
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field is required
  • In some instances, experience may be substituted for academic training.
