About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and engage residents in a Safe Haven environment
Develop trusting relationships and encourage collaboration among residents
Assess residents' needs and develop Individualized Action Plans
Provide skills training, support, and transportation for residents
Maintain records and report on resident status to the Program Director
Ensure a safe and clean residence by assisting with housekeeping duties
Participate in training and staff meetings, maintaining adherence to regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

One or more years of experience and/or training in a related field encouraged
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid driver's license with adequate insurance and safe driving record for at least six months
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and meet physical demands of the position
CPR certification required within two weeks of hire
First Aid certification required within two weeks of hire
