Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct support to people with psychiatric conditions and behavioral health challenges
Work with individuals to foster independence and improve quality of life
Administer medication under Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
Assist with activities of daily living such as household chores and cooking
Work alongside Clinical Program Director to implement treatment plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a human service discipline preferred
One to two years of job-specific experience in human services field preferred
Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle
Preference for bilingual/bicultural applicants and those with lived experience of psychiatric conditions
Must be at least 21 years of age
Pass CORI, driving record, reference, educational and professional licensure check
Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment
Ability to become MAP certified within 150 days of employment
