About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides direct service in an adult Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Program.
- Helps prepare clients returning to the community to engage in a recovery process.
- Assists with intake and orientation procedures with clients and families.
- Completes functional and strengths-based assessments as needed.
- Implements individual's treatment plan and ensures safety in the environment.
- Assists clients in routine living activities.
- Complies with accreditation and licensing standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- One to two years of job-specific experience in the human services field preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license must be presented at the time of employment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must maintain a safe driving record.
