About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle operational orders with over 250 partners worldwide
- Monitor delivery dates and stock levels
- Maintain and optimize article and supplier data in the ERP system Odoo
- Prepare complex cost calculations and monitor margins

Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant or equivalent commercial qualification
- Qualified career starters or candidates with relevant professional experience
- Confident use of Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems and cloud solutions
- Structured, focused working style for data maintenance and calculations
- Passion for and knowledge of wine, spirits and good food
- German at native level
- Confident English communication with international partners
