About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operational procurement support: You assist the team with ordering goods, monitor delivery dates, and coordinate goods receipt with our logistics team.
  • Digital master data management: You maintain product data, prices, and supplier information in our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
  • Correspondence: You handle written communication with our partners and wineries worldwide—efficiently and in a structured manner via modern channels.
  • Pricing support: You prepare data for price calculations and assist in analyzing assortment metrics.
  • Office organization 2.0: You actively shape our digital workflows and ensure information is available where it’s needed (wiki, project management tools).
  • Product support: You participate in internal tastings and help present new product highlights for our customers in the shop.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • We're looking for organized minds who are digitally savvy and think proactively.
  • Both qualified career starters eager to launch in a modern environment and experienced professionals with relevant background are welcome.
  • You have completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk (ideally with a focus on procurement, logistics, or order management).
  • Outstanding office skills: You are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • You enjoy working with complex software (ERP) and cloud solutions.
  • Structure & precision: You work with extreme conscientiousness.
  • Affinity for gastronomy: You have a genuine interest in wine, spirits, and good food.
  • Language skills: Your German is stylistically flawless in speaking and writing; you can confidently communicate in English with our international suppliers.
  • Can-do mentality: You are forward-looking, solution-oriented, and enjoy focused work ("Deep Work").
