About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operational purchasing support: You assist the team with ordering goods, monitor delivery dates and coordinate goods receipt with our logistics.
  • Digital master data management: You maintain item data, prices and supplier information in our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
  • Correspondence: You manage written communication with our partners and wineries worldwide—efficiently and in a structured way via modern channels.
  • Pricing support: You prepare data for price calculations and assist with the analysis of assortment metrics.
  • Office organization 2.0: You actively shape our digital workflows and make sure information ends up where it is needed (wiki, project management tools).
  • Product support: You accompany internal tastings and help present new culinary highlights for our customers perfectly in the shop.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed training as an Office Management Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) — ideally with focuses such as purchasing, logistics or order control.
  • Excellent office skills: You are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • You enjoy working with complex software (ERP) and cloud solutions.
  • Structured & precise: You work with extreme care and attention to detail.
  • Passion for gourmet products: You have a genuine interest in wine, spirits and good food — you want to know what we sell.
  • Language skills: Your German is stylistically confident in both spoken and written form; you can communicate confidently in English with our international suppliers.
  • Proactive mindset: You look ahead, think in a solution-oriented way and enjoy focused work ("deep work").
