About the role
- Manage and maintain the company website and product catalog with over 20,000 different wines
- Coordinate and optimize order and delivery processes in collaboration with more than 350 suppliers and winemakers
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
- Analyze sales data and market trends to improve the assortment and pricing strategy
- Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns
- Optimize customer support
- Coordinate the legal compliance of the website
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree in e-commerce, retail, or logistics
- Experience in online retail and solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong customer focus
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented
