DevOps Engineer

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize the platform that powers Vimeo
• Build, secure, and evolve platforms which power the applications that make up Vimeo
• Build and maintain tooling which makes manual infrastructure work obsolete and enables self service for engineers
• Improve observability and reliability of applications to reduce outages to an absolute minimum, while reducing MTTA and MTTR
• Write and maintain thorough documentation to share with teammates across the world
• Contribute to an internal self-service infrastructure platform used by all engineers for application development and deployment
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation shared between offices in the US and India, responding to production incidents and providing internal support to engineers at Vimeo
• Maintain and administer large distributed databases and infrastructure toolkits

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize the platform that powers Vimeo
• SRE at Vimeo spans platform engineering, database administration, release engineering, and internal tools
• Build, secure, and evolve platforms powering Vimeo applications
• Build and maintain tooling to enable self service and eliminate manual infrastructure work
• Improve observability and reliability to reduce outages and decrease MTTA and MTTR
• Write and maintain thorough documentation for global teammates
• Contribute to an internal self-service infrastructure platform used by all engineers
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (US and India) to respond to production incidents and provide internal support
• Operate with a focus on making Vimeo faster, simpler, more scalable, reliable, and efficient to operate

Site Reliability Engineer III

Customer Support

• Supporting Sales Assisted and Self Serve Customers: Provide high level support to our Sales Assisted customers, handling their inquiries via tickets, phone calls, and messaging platforms. Own the issue from first response through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions. When Sales Assisted ticket volume allows, contribute to supporting our self-serve customers driving down overall volume.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Vimeo's Core Platform product area and become a trusted advisor for our customers, driving product success and user satisfaction.
• Dedicated Enterprise Support Specialist (DESS): Become a trusted advisor for a portfolio of Platinum SA clients (approximately 8 per Specialist), building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs. Client assignments will be based on region and your area of expertise.
• Standby Support: Offer dedicated support for critical implementations and events, including kickoff meetings and testing calls. Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success for our Sales Assisted customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our support processes and contribute to the development of knowledge resources for both customers and internal teams.
• Cross team collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams from Customer Success and Account Managers to Product and Engineering to drive customer issues to closure.
• Outage Management: Run point on outages or other severe issues, updating our public-facing status page and updating the global Support team as there are developments.
