About the role
- Support Vimeo’s growth team through data analysis and product analytics
- Drive and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to enable data standardization and increase data consumption
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Plan, develop, and analyze A/B tests with stakeholders
- Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards, reports, and presentations to enable data-driven decision making
- Perform advanced analytical deep dives to investigate outcomes and drivers
- Foster trust and collaboration with stakeholders and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science)
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role (preferably in a SaaS business)
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges
- Sense of ownership - capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end
- Proficient in interpreting complex datasets and extracting valuable insights
- High proficiency in SQL is a must
- Extensive experience in planning and analyzing AB test results
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, keyboard shortcuts, etc.)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with R or Python
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
