About the role

  • Oversee accounts within Vimeo’s Custom and Enterprise product customer base in our SMB segment, with a goal structure oriented toward expanding these existing relationships
  • Understand and anticipate clients’ business needs to drive the success of key accounts
  • Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions
  • Proactively manage customer pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Confidently conveying Vimeo’s value proposition both in-person and via automation
  • Assist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to meet clients’ evolving needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
  • Experience retaining and expanding accounts
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
  • Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable
  • Online Video Platform (OVP) experience, or knowledge of online video technologies (bonus)
  • Knowledge of live streaming technologies (bonus)
  • Experience carrying a $2MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business (bonus)
  • Track record of exceeding quotas (bonus)
