About the role
- Oversee accounts within Vimeo’s Custom and Enterprise product customer base in our SMB segment, with a goal structure oriented toward expanding these existing relationships
- Understand and anticipate clients’ business needs to drive the success of key accounts
- Strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutions
- Proactively manage customer pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
- Confidently conveying Vimeo’s value proposition both in-person and via automation
- Assist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
- Experience retaining and expanding accounts
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
- Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable
- Online Video Platform (OVP) experience, or knowledge of online video technologies (bonus)
- Knowledge of live streaming technologies (bonus)
- Experience carrying a $2MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business (bonus)
- Track record of exceeding quotas (bonus)
