About the role
- Support and scale Vimeo’s GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Partner with the SDR & ISR leadership team to deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and ad-hoc analyses to drive GTM visibility and decision-making
- Provide strategic insights to optimize funnel conversion, rep productivity, and customer retention
- Own the user experience of GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Gong, etc.), identify friction points, and lead UX/UI improvements
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional systems projects (e.g., Clari forecast redesign, Outreach sequence optimization, Salesforce Lightning UI streamlining)
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to drive continuous iteration and adoption of tools
- Partner closely with Sales Enablement, SystemsOps, and RevOps teams to align on roadmap, change management, and execution
- Serve as a trusted operational advisor to GTM team leaders, ensuring scalable processes and data integrity
- Translate business requirements into clear system enhancements and partner with technical teams to execute
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems like Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), Clari, Outreach, LeanData, or equivalent tools
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales and CS motions (inbound/outbound sales, renewals, expansion)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to improve processes iteratively based on feedback and data
- A systems thinker who loves making complex tools intuitive and user-friendly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority
