About the role
- Lead Enterprise solutions design and collaborate with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, and other designers.
- Own design of enterprise experiences on desktop and mobile web (organization, content, privacy management, analytics, integrations).
- Drive design and vision from concept through product release by crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
- Deliver simple, intuitive, elegant designs that incorporate Vimeo’s brand guidelines while balancing multiple projects.
- Engage with users and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into informed design decisions and product concepts.
- Communicate ideas, concepts, and insights to guide feature development and product improvements across platforms.
- Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, and Design teams across different time zones.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a global SaaS tech company environment.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience; show your work and process, not just final designs.
- Excellent user-centered design skills and deep understanding of design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, able to present to small and large groups including leadership.
- Ability to be autonomous and take end-to-end ownership of complex projects while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong familiarity with industry-standard UX practices and methods.
- Bonus: Experience working with remote or distributed product teams.
- Bonus: UX and site experience across mobile and desktop.
- Bonus: Knowledge and experience with motion design and animation.
