About the role
- Conduct targeted telephone win-back calls with customers
- Reach out to customers who have submitted a cancellation
- Analyze individual needs and demonstrate relevant value propositions
- Work closely with teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Logistics
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities from conversations and communicate them in a structured manner to the appropriate stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in telephone customer support, ideally in win-back/recovery, sales, or customer service
- Empathetic and persuasive communication skills
- Technically savvy, comfortable using MS Office
- Fluent, confident German (C2) and strong English skills (B2)
