About the role

  • Conduct targeted telephone win-back calls with customers
  • Reach out to customers who have submitted a cancellation
  • Analyze individual needs and demonstrate relevant value propositions
  • Work closely with teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Logistics
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities from conversations and communicate them in a structured manner to the appropriate stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in telephone customer support, ideally in win-back/recovery, sales, or customer service
  • Empathetic and persuasive communication skills
  • Technically savvy, comfortable using MS Office
  • Fluent, confident German (C2) and strong English skills (B2)
