About the role
- Work on the front lines with large strategic enterprise accounts in the life sciences industry.
- Drive large, complex SaaS deals and own the entire value-based sales process from opportunity creation through close.
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior enterprise leaders across pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.
- Understand customer needs and develop strategic account plans and execution strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in HubSpot CRM.
- Communicate the value of Vimachem’s platform and help customers rethink legacy manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and leadership teams to structure and win enterprise opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience selling complex enterprise software solutions.
- Minimum 4 years selling into manufacturing industries (Life Sciences experience is highly preferred).
- Proven ability to close enterprise SaaS deals and navigate complex procurement processes.
- Strong consultative sales approach and ability to engage executive stakeholders.
- Experience selling MES, EBR, ELN, EDMS, QMS, or LIMS systems is highly preferred.
- Training in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
- Experience working with channel partners is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to support enterprise sales engagements.
