About the role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, including proposal, negotiation, and procurement.
- Build and develop a pipeline of strategic pharmaceutical manufacturing accounts in the US.
- Establish relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across production, quality, IT, and digital transformation teams.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes using a value-based selling approach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate closely with solution consultants, implementation teams, and leadership to drive deals forward.
- Communicate the value of Vimachem’s platform and help customers rethink legacy manufacturing systems and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions into Life Sciences organizations.
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and achieving quota (100%+).
- Strong experience with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes.
- Strong consultative selling approach and executive communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build pipeline and create opportunities from scratch.
- Experience selling MES, manufacturing software, or adjacent solutions (ERP, QMS, LIMS, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support enterprise sales engagements.
