About the role
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, water, syrup, finished products and product packaging
- Measure and monitor various parameters of mineral water, intermediate and finished products
- Monitor and control cleaning and disinfection solutions, the water softening system, etc.
- Conduct microbiological, chemical and physical measurements and analyses
- Carry out microbiological environmental monitoring
- Perform sensory evaluation of raw, intermediate and finished products
- Quarantine and release raw, intermediate and finished products
- Oversee cleaning procedures
- Inspect retention samples and new products
- Assist in conducting internal audits
- Process complaints
Requirements
- Completed training as a Food Technology specialist, BTA, CTA, dairy laboratory technician, brewer or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in the food industry
- Strong laboratory experience (chemical-technical and microbiology), preferably in the beverage or food industry / water analysis
- Knowledge of sensory analysis
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- Assertiveness
- Willingness to work shifts
