About the role
- Develop and implement a holistic portfolio and service strategy for your category, ensuring alignment with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain strategies.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle – from idea generation and development to market launch and phase-out.
- Monitor KPIs (sales volume, revenue, margin, market share) to continuously optimize the portfolio.
- Analyze market and customer needs, identify trends, and derive concrete growth initiatives.
- Lead new product development in close cooperation with R&D, Production, and external partners.
- Ensure successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration and/or engineering
- Several years of experience in product management, sales, innovation management, or business development
- Strong analytical skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience working with international teams and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong market and customer orientation, with a passion for innovation
- Excellent communication skills in English.
