About the role
- Design and implement the pedagogical project and ensure its continuity in the director's absence
- Drive and animate the children's group dynamic, supervise leisure activities and adapt them to different audiences
- Promote the centre's projects and activities and communicate about them
- Inform parents about the pedagogical project, the centre's operation and activities by organizing meetings and information sessions
- Act as the director's liaison with activity leaders, advise and assist them in designing their activity projects so they conform to the centre's pedagogical objectives and professional standards
- Fulfill management duties in the absence of the leisure centre director
Requirements
- Hold BAFA/BAFD (French youth work qualifications)
- Familiarity with the methodology for developing an activity cycle
- Ensure educational practices are aligned with municipal policies
- Be proactive and able to take initiative
- Good listening skills and able to communicate with the public
- Dynamic and rigorous
