About the role
- Contribute to the strategic monitoring of NPNRU and non-NPNRU urban renewal projects (ANRU+, City of Mulhouse projects, partnership arrangements, etc.)
- Coordinate and monitor the resilience aspects of urban renewal operations led by the City of Mulhouse, with particular responsibility for the ANRU "Resilient Neighborhoods" framework
- Participate in the design, facilitation and implementation of consultation and resident participation processes within urban projects
- Coordinate interim site management and temporary urban interventions on sites affected by urban renewal operations
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and coherence of interventions with the municipality’s services and relevant partners
- Act as a liaison between institutional partners, local stakeholders and residents to promote understanding, buy-in and engagement around projects
- Contribute to forward-looking analysis and the prefiguration of potential future phases of urban renewal in the context of a possible third urban renewal program
Requirements
- Advanced degree in urban planning, urban development, local development or project management
- Knowledge of public urban renewal policies, territorial resilience mechanisms, citizen consultation and local urban management
- Proficiency with Office suite (MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Facilitation and negotiation abilities
- Initiative and adaptability
