About the role
- Provide high level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat a wide variety of patient conditions including depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, health anxiety and more.
- Engage in weekly supervision and case conferences to enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and physicians to improve patient care.
- Participate in departmental and company-wide projects as needed.
Requirements
- PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC (Must already be Licensed in the state of New Jersey)
- Caseload experience: Adult
- 3-years experience working within an outpatient setting working with child/adolescents or adult 18yrs of age and older.
- Familiarity working within a medical setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental disorders.
- Familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation).
