Products Administrator – Canada Summer Jobs

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate daily inventory operations, including receiving shipments, organizing supplies, and fulfilling orders
- Maintain accurate inventory using management software
- Support purchasing by sourcing supplies and comparing vendor costs
- Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate resources for Sunday services, events, and community programs across multiple locations
- Assist in organizing and optimizing storage spaces
- Help develop processes and documentation to improve operations
- Support and help train volunteers within the operations team
- Assist with increased activity during summer months, including camp preparation and off-site events
- Help manage higher volumes of inventory and resource distribution during peak ministry seasons
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 15 and 30 years of age, a Canadian citizen and have a valid social insurance number.
- 35 hours per week — Starting June 8, 2026 - Ending August 6, 2026
- Contract Length: 8 weeks + 3 days (280 total hours)
Benefits
