About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading the sales efforts for Composition Brands in assigned region
  • Drive brand awareness, channel revenue, profitability, and growth targets across all assigned regional accounts
  • Partner with sales leaders, including Brand Developers and Channel Leaders to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure corporate sales strategies success
  • Manage all dealer channels, visit, train and manage accounts
  • Engage with the Director of E-Commerce to elevate digital acumen of assigned accounts
  • Work with Marketing to maximize growth opportunity within accounts
  • Liaise with Brand Developers for proactive trainings
  • Collaborate with Builder Sales Team for potential builder opportunities
  • Evaluate market trends and communicate to sales leadership
  • Conduct live trainings and product demos as opportunities allow

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience
  • Account management, strategic planning, and business development experience desired
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience setting and managing sales targets and forecasts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Integrity, credibility, and dedication to the business
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
