About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall company vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the appliance or related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States (30-50%).
