About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall company vision and goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities for expansion, and customer needs within the region.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term objectives and set actionable sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify actionable insights, optimize resources, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing, brand developers, and finance to ensure sales strategies are effectively integrated across all business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the appliance or related industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States (30-50%).
