About the role

  • Serve as the lead for managing and growing the RH Modo Atleta Community, ensuring a high-quality experience for every member.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and brand positioning through the community.
  • Moderate and energize channels such as exclusive groups (WhatsApp), the content platform, and community activations.
  • Lead onboarding for new members, creating a clear, welcoming, and strategic journey from the first contact.
  • Act as host for in-person meetups in São Paulo: masterclasses, events, networking cafés, and brand experiences.
  • Strategically connect members by identifying pain points, interests, and opportunities for relationship-building.
  • Collect feedback, data, and community insights to support Marketing and Product decisions.
  • Support the creation of content and campaigns that reinforce VIK's positioning as a reference in corporate well-being.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, community management, events, or customer relations (especially in B2B or startups).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with managers, directors, and C-level executives.
  • Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Energetic presence and alignment with a high-performance brand.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (SP).
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager, Community Host, or in Community Marketing.
  • Experience working with Human Resources audiences.
  • Passion for sports, health, well-being, or human development.
  • Experience with in-person events and brand activations.
