About the role
- Facilitate and coach your Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers so your team can deliver their best work
- Champion collaboration, trust, and agile thinking in everything you do
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep everyone moving in the same direction
- Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond your team
- Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a knack for building trust
- Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent) certification is a big plus
- Organized, proactive, and always ready to help others stay focused
- A passion for agile values, teamwork, and delivering meaningful results
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus
