Requirements
- Academic degree? Nice to have, but not required. We are looking for people with character!
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and ready to level up.
- A knack for clear, engaging communication with everyone — from beginners to CEOs.
- Highly organized, quick to grasp new information, and consistently positive.
- A proactive doer with a good heart and plenty of ideas.
- Strong written and spoken communication in both German and English.
- French is a plus.
- Proficient with CRM tools and willing to travel internationally.
